Elementi in regressione

During the Spring 2018 I was committed by the Agenzia Fiera delle Utopie Concrete to create a performance about the four natural elements: Fire, earth, Wind and Water. My idea was to associate each element to a performer and each performer to a sound generated using the natural element. Elementi in Regressione tells the story of the interaction between man and nature from the point of view of the sounds. This tale travels from the archetype to the contemporaneity: beginning from the rustling of nature, in a sort of real time foley art, and then it reaches the chaotic disconnected modernity, mixing real time generated noise, electronic, drone music and field recordings of loud city noise and environment.
